What To Do After an Accident
You choose where your vehicle is repaired - regardless of insurance network
Step 1: Exchange Information
- Name, address & phone number
- Vehicle info & license plate
- Insurance policy confirmation
- Police report number (if applicable)
Step 2: If your vehicle is safely drivable
If your vehicle has no damage to a wheel or tire, glass, headlamp, or taillamp, and it is safe to drive, please move to a safe location and click below to contact us.
If your vehicle is NOT driveable:
If your vehicle has damage to a wheel or tire, broken glass, a damaged headlamp or taillamp, or is leaking fluids, please contact our 24/7 towing vendor, Mission Wrecker, immediately using the call link below. Please note that the City of San Antonio may require the vehicle to be towed to a city-approved storage lot first, but we can easily arrange to have it transferred to our facility.
Step 3: Report the Incident
Report the incident to authorities and let them determine who is at fault. You may do this after the incident occurs using a form on www.txdot.gov
